Residential real estate is traditionally the preferred investment target in the real estate sector, as it is considered to be particularly crisis-resistant and sustainable.
The sector is also currently enjoying very high demand; with housing space becoming scarcer, especially in Germany, it is sometimes said to have the greatest future viability with corresponding value retention.
We expect that, in addition to “sustainable housing”, the topics of “larger flats”, “temporary housing”, “age-appropriate housing” and “diversified living models” will become more of a focus for investors.
On behalf of our investors, we take care of the purchase and sale of land, project developments and residential portfolios in Germany.
We prefer high-growth metropolitan regions and their catchment areas. Furthermore, we examine investments in B and C locations with good future prospects.
